Holiday Coro makes 2 flags - 1 is 2'x3' and is the one that's in the video near the top.

From the look of William's, his is the larger one at 4'x6'. It takes 15 channels, and has almost 2200 holes for bulbs to go in...

I got the 2'x3' one, and put regular mini's in it. Still waiting to get it out of the front window to take some pictures....

New location - new display. Looking forward to 2015 season!

Congratulations on finishing your flag. Do you know how many hours you have in it?

I don't the hours but it's several days. Have to paint the stripes and the union.

Putting lights in is a chore itself.

Here's my info on this flag...

I bought the large flag from Holidaycoro and painted it. Simple instructions come with the flag on how to paint and install lights.

I used M6 LED's from Creative Displays which have a better punch than regular incandescents.

I used treated 2x4 frame with supports in the middle.

The stand bolts onto the side of the frame for easy dissemble. Each leg is 72" tall and the feet are 48" wide.

To control each strip, stars, and union, I wired up an LOR CTB-16PC controller to the dirty work.

    See images below.

WOW - that looks good! LED is surely the way to go on the blue - it really pops over the incandescent. Would you mind if I used one of those photos on my website?
