Fuse holder - need

I'm in need of a fuse holder. I don't know where to find one. I've tried Ebay, must not have the correct name to locate it. I's 5/8 in long, the threaded area is 5/16 in. , the fuse is 3/16" dia. Are there any stores in the Raleigh area that might have these? Thanks
