Sorry to see you got your pole erect. I'm sure Jen, Annalisa and Mary Jane are Happy.
I was so hoping to see how you were going to decorate a 45 Degree Mega Tree.

    THANKS CARL!

I'm sure the girls are happier though. Now if they would just show up and do their dance routine, my Holidays would be complete

    Sorry to disappoint you!

Ha ! Sometimes I need to read what I write. When I type fast, sometimes different words come out ! I think I meant "scared the crap out of me" .. but it came out "scraped the crap out of me" ..

I like your bracket. And I'm curious to see the leverage design and footprint for the electric winch. Keep us posted with that one !

It is up, and I tested it this afternoon. Hooray !!!

The first pic is the controller cabinet with five 16 channel boards in it for the megatree.

Almost all of my yard is one continous slope, really make decorating fun!

    Thanks Walter.

Sorry you're not feeling well, I know it must be "killing" you to have to delay the setup. If Al was any kind of a friend, he would of stuck around to help you instead of going ...... ( I know where he is)

I've already cut some stuff out of mine that I just won't have time to get finished. Have to go back to work Monday - Saturday next week with only Turkey day off, so this Sunday is my deadline for a Thanksgiving light up.

yea I know where he is to. He helped alot. I have about 75% done just need to get it all pluged in make the spt cords to the controllers and test it out. I've been going hard day and night for weeks and it has cought up to me. I use to be able to go days with little or no sleep but not anymore. but its giving me some time to get some of this DIY stuff working. (having a few problems)

I knew you know where he is, I just don't think he wanted it mentioned on here
(maybe the white coat guys can help him though )

Hooking everything up can be a real time user. I keep a spool of SPT at the controllers, pull the wire to the display element, attach the end, walk back to the controller, cut, attach plug, plug in, and repeat. My legs have been killing me each evening from all the walking back and forth.

Get some rest Walter for a couple of days, then attack it with a vengence!
