I like those Mike .. With the segments in between the songs.

I'd like to do something like this for next year's show (2014) ... There seems to be a number of different audio files for the talking trees out there. And I am curious of the voices are the same people who are cranking these out ? What is the source for audio files for the trees ?

I think the voices are different. I believe mike had his done by somebody. The ones I have we're from somebody on DIYC that shared the mp3s. I think I made a post with a link earlier in the year. My show is kinda like Mikes, I've cut waaay back with only 5 songs per night with a mix of the talking trees and @thedementedelf vo's in between. I will still have 20 songs that will rotate every 4 nights. Since I finally switched over to the LOR visualizer, I can actually run a complete show and see what's happening. I plan on recording it one night. I will post it so you can see how I'm doing mine this year.

I found the link to DIYC .. And I gotta say .. I really like Mike's lady DJs are much better than the one with the two guys on DIYC.

This gives me a lot of ideas. I think maybe I'd like to have mine with a man tree and a lady tree. As it turns out, several of the people that help with my show each year, do their own video skits and jokes on people. I think I might be able to get them to do the audio for me. Hmmmmm ...

You could rip em to MP3s. As long as you use 128Khz or more, the quality would be excellent ..

I like the trees! I did the same script last season, but with the audio files mentioned above and used them with my two 10' trees. People LOVED it. I am sure yours will be a hit too! I like how you changed the voices to women, nice touch.

    Thanks @MackS

Yeah @Wayne J the women voice is really neat I like that too. If @mpurser adds standalone lights to his that will add a nice touch to it. I look forward to seeing it.

Gotta thank Mike again for helping me with the LOR visualizer. I just started using it last month. He was a tremendous help!
