Prices look "okay" for the sequences; just under $20 but it doesn't include the music file. If I'm not mistaken the prior offerings did, and I think Dan Baldwin did a disclaimer some place where they were just passing along the fees for that, and that it had been difficult to get lawful redistribution rights.

The advantage of getting the music file with the sequence is that you know the timing in the sequence SHOULD match up to the various effects in the music file.

I prefer Mel Welch's rendition of "Hot Chocolate" though.

I looked at these and you have to pay more for the file if you want to be able to modify it. Also is you view a preview it's probably OK if you are just starting but not if you are using a Mega Tree, etc.

That is an interesting dilemma. I wonder is something was added to the LOR software to not allow modification. Furthermore, I wonder if the sequence would import into LSP with the restrictions. Hmmmm. We should try it.

I think it is a good idea and have wondered for a long time why LOR didn't sell sequences. Selling sequences is good business sense. I think the no modification restriction is to stop a person from downloading the sequence and distributing it which kind of resonates with the restrictions on music files, software, and other matters having intellectual property.

For a 2nd-year person, these look good. Creating sequences from scratch while learning the software is the biggest time consumer. I looked at a few and they were all for 48 channels. I'm going to purchase one and see how it looks. I'll post feedback once I review.
