    Default Decorate the pods contest at work

    So this happened...



    Theme was "scary Christmas" so I also did this song....



    I didn't get a lot of sleep last week.

    Since our theme didn't really match our display we didn't win. We did get third place though.

    You've got to appreciate a place that will let you do that.

    I was told "no more of that here" when I just put up some lights without any controllers. They initially said "safety hazard" but when I pointed out that none of the lights blocked any egress in case of emergency, and none of them would be likely to cause any injury under normal circumstances, I was then told it was a fire hazard, even though they were all UL approved lights.
