    Default Mighty Mini LED Kits

C-leds has put their Mighty Mini LED kits (including resistors & terminal strips) on sale for 20% off till the end of April, qty 5 kits. The complete kit is now only $ 31.56 delivered.

Even lower discounts are available for 20 kit plus orders

    http://c-leds.com/store/product.php?id_product=300

I needed 4 more kits, but at this price, I'll have a 5th kit for spares, and still save money.

I did ask CC for a price on the LEDs before I made the final buy for the group buy. Her price was several hundred $ higher for the 2500 or so LED's that we bought. And while she did offer an OK discount, I did tell her that I had another supplier that was cheaper.

So I guess she decided she needed to stem the flood and drop her prices for a little while...

And those quantity prices are probably better than what the remote folks will be paying to get the ones from the group buy, after shipping.

But I think the resistors that she is including will give you a less bright light, since they're over value for some of the colors.

In anticipation of receiving the LEDs for the floods, I just purchased this economical LED tester. He is the link

For only $4.98 including a battery and shipping I hope it last longer than a Big Mac from McDonalds.

CC-LEDs provides a necessary service to people that don't know any better. Long live her competition.

Wow, that's quite a deal. And so far I have received everything I have ordered from China. Sometimes takes a month ! So you have to keep from freaking out over the eBay payment.

Here's a cute DIY with circuit:

But for the time invested .. The $5 china deal is awesome ..

Denny, John used a 1.5 volt battery with good results. Of course I might need to increase that to 240 volts with my eyes. I ordered an LED tester from MPJA.

I did the same as John 1.5 volts for the red Led and 3 volts on the white, green, & blue Leds. Like I stated in a early post my red Leds were backwards.

I also bought an LED tester from MPJA that I used while doing the assembly. I used the battery first upon receiving the LEDs before my tester arrived.
