I really appreciate the tip Carl ! I bought this today. It's quite old and the box has never been opened. I have not had time to search for a date but the seller said it's around 15 years old, sitting in their basement. The box is a perfect <new> condition. No moisture issues, so she must have a nice basement ..

Denny, Just my 2 cents.... reinforce it. I have seen couple of these around town that have crumbled w/ high winds. ( I kept a watch for when they would throw them out, but no luck).
