Default Has LOR gotten stingy on repairing their controllers?

I have now have 4 CTB16 controller that are acting up on me.
I had plenty of extras as I've been converting to pixels over the last 2 years, but its bothering me that i have some flakey controllers that I should really fix...

    a couple have stuck channels
a couple have something wrong where they just start lighting random channels during a sequence....

I know in the past, LOR was pretty awesome about repairing controllers, but i thought I heard they have started charging a higher fee.

Anyone send in gear lately for repair?

I have NOT. I'll look that up and try it. Thanks.

I guess I was spoiled in previous years- Id just plug those babies in and they'd run-run-run! i think they are mad at me because they sense those pixel controllers on the network now :-)

LOR will repair your controllers if you are still a current customer. But if they see you have not purchased anything for a couple years, then they will charge a fee.

If your controllers are already at the latest firmware then all you need to do is reset them. Reset fixes a lot of issues with LOR controllers. Mike gave you a reset link below.

Defiantly try a reset and maybe update to the latest firmware, which I think is v1.08.

channels stuck on could be bad triacs...
