    Default Has LOR gotten stingy on repairing their controllers?

    I have now have 4 CTB16 controller that are acting up on me.
    I had plenty of extras as I've been converting to pixels over the last 2 years, but its bothering me that i have some flakey controllers that I should really fix...

    a couple have stuck channels
    a couple have something wrong where they just start lighting random channels during a sequence....

    I know in the past, LOR was pretty awesome about repairing controllers, but i thought I heard they have started charging a higher fee.

    Anyone send in gear lately for repair?

    paul have you tryed flashing them that will reset them back to factory specs
    are you sure we checked every pixel?The Home of North Carolina's Largest tomato cage pixel tree.http://www.thelightsonpurserroad.com

    I guess I was spoiled in previous years- Id just plug those babies in and they'd run-run-run! i think they are mad at me because they sense those pixel controllers on the network now :-)

    LOR will repair your controllers if you are still a current customer. But if they see you have not purchased anything for a couple years, then they will charge a fee.

    If your controllers are already at the latest firmware then all you need to do is reset them. Reset fixes a lot of issues with LOR controllers. Mike gave you a reset link below.

    Defiantly try a reset and maybe update to the latest firmware, which I think is v1.08.

    channels stuck on could be bad triacs...
