    Default BBB and EDIMAX Wifi

    HELP?!?!?! Please ?!?!?~?!

Stupid STUPID driver in FPP 1.8 does not have the EDIMAX EW-7811Un usb wifi dongle in it.

Every attempt that I have made to install a driver has failed.

What is the SECRET to getting the STUPID EDIMAX driver to load on a BBB running FPP 1.8?

    Thanks in advance.

    /rant off

Holy smokes. It looks ridiculous. I have a BBB but I don't think it has Wifi yet. I've not looked at it in a while. I'll have to see which kit @Tripplett bought for us. I hope it's not that one. I will replace the Edimax before I'll mess with applying a code fix in linux ! I am a hardware guy and this stuff makes my eyes cross.

Thanks for sharing ! You'll be my first call if my BBB does not work :-)
    Thanks,
