Ha .. I can bet that William is hooked till death does him part .. !
I was already watching that auction and I'm surprised even at the current price. You can buy the controller for $160 during the spring sale. Heck the eBay price is almost at the retail level of all the stuff. Why bother ?
Thanks,

Because it's eBay! eBay! eBay! It's gotta be cheaper, it's an auction!
Ever go to an estate auction? Most things go for less than retail, but there are always those few items that look unusual that will go for more than what the non-auction vendors would sell it for. People get caught up in the heat of the auction.
I always make sure I know my prices before bidding for anything on Ebay. I never place a direct bid on Ebay, I always use auction stealer that places my bid during the last 10 seconds of the auction. This way I either win the auction at or under my price or I get outbid but the bid does not keep getting raised like it does when you keep bidding on Ebay.

I am with you. I have used a bidding tool named EZ Sniper for at least 8 or 9 years. It even has a quick icon that I just drag over an auction. Then a tiny window pops up with all the auction details filled in and the field ready for me to enter my bid.. zip ... done ... There's always another widget on eBay, so I fully agree with deciding what you will pay and then sticking to it with the bidding tools. I call the blind buyers on eBay "Boneheads." .. :-)
