    Hi Scott,

The last meeting had about 25 people. This meeting should have that many and maybe more. We have some folks coming in from out of town this time.

    Thanks,
    Al

Not sure what to bring....my wife will be gone that day, so something that is easily prepared is on the menu...

    I'm taking requests or suggestions.

    See you Saturday!

    Walter,

Put me down for a fruit tray. (which could wind up being a bag of apples) LOL.

    Has anyone thought of coffee?

I was going to bring some drinks. It may be jugs of tea and a few sodas. There is a ice machine in the hall. I believe there is a coffee pot but no coffee. I plan to bring plastic cups, cutlery, napkins, and some plates. I'll also get some foam cups and addtional plates if I can remember. Work is breaking my back. We will be having other meetings so whatever is left over will be used in the future.

Sounds like this may turn out to be a light lunch. Great. Walter is a good person to be in charge of this.

    Walter -

I have to give credit where it's due. I'll bring some 12-packs of cola. Charity is planning on the baked goods, and is adding a crock pot of soup as well.

Well... it looks like I'll be coming by.

First, I'm heading to Zebulon to look at a boat then will come by.

It turns out that I can kill two birds with one stone.

Since we are coming from High Point, we will probably pick something up near the church... like some pizza.

Is it safe to assume that we will start snacking around 1PM?

Ok, great, an ice machine; that will save picking up a bag of ice.

Al, with William's two stone-backed birds, Victor's case of mountain oysters, Denny's leaning chicken pie, , Scott's Crock o'weenies, Victor's fruit tray, Charity's soup, and Brian's pizza, I think it'll be more than just a light lunch. We'll need the tea and sodas to wash it all down, then dig into the cakes Charity will be baking tomorrow.

I just hope we have time to discuss electronic controllers, processes, and procedures around all the eating.

I was thinking the same thing, this is sounding more like a covered dish supper. Hopefully everyone will be able to stay awake for the meeting after eating that well.
And on the 8th day, God created Christmas lights.
