Who's up for it?
What day works for everyone?
Who can create a decent map for us to follow?
Yes - Joel and I are in and can do it Dec 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 or Jan 2 if we need to bump it out.![]()

I am in and I'll be flexible for the dates. I can also help with the planning and mapping, but not until Dec 26th. I am swamped until then.
If someone else can pick up the planning, let us know ! There are a bunch of different tools on the internet for trips. The simplest ones copy the route into google maps for printing. I cannot quickly find the one I used. But I will search if I get some time. It's pretty simple to see the routes once you plot them in google.
I can send the MS Spreadsheet that we have used for tours since 2012. I already sent everyone the TASL members listing. Unless some of you have changed in the past month, we already have the contact info that can be copied into the tour. We use the cell phone numbers during the tour. Please don't post cell numbers here. Use Private messaging if you need to send changes to the planner (and to me for the TASL members listing) ..
Thanks,
Denny Cole

Thanks Scott!!
Ok since it seems everyone is flexible... I'm thinking a Monday or Tuesday or Wednesday night might be best since the crowds will be thinner then a Saturday or Sunday night. And with all this rain, maybe it'll dry out by Tuesday - we have a problem in our system and half of our display shorts out in the rain![]()
Does anyone have a preference? I think Tuesday would work 12/29
I can probably only do the 29th. I'll know more as we finalize next week's plans. I can still set up two tours if y'all want. Just let me know.

I vote to split the the tour into 2 nights.
With the rain this week, I think the weekend could still be busy, so I'd prefer mon/tues/wed.
I'm really looking forward to the tour - I've unfortunately been unable to visit everyone's displays due to staying busy adding/fixing stuff on mine up to and including tonight! ;-)
There's always something to add, especially with adding elements in my neighbors yards....
Good luck to everyone this week and let's cross our fingers the rain misses us....
Sounds good splitting the tour up. We've haven't seen any lights other then our own and Happyland around the cornerJust no time and with the rain it's been bad

the eastern route won t take me but about one hour just me and shawn
And how to do that?! Lol. I want to see as many as possible but that doesn't help much lol
Is everyone still in the display locator and have their records updated? Anyone who doesn't want to be on tour?
