    Default Software Classes

    Everyone,

I know Denny has made many mentions of this before, but I could really take someone up on it. I have many pixels and want to start using Nutcracker to it's fullest. Is there anyone in the local area that knows enough to teach a few Starbucks classes on it?

Also, I'd be willing to do training for Vixen 3 if anyone is interested.

I would love to get in on a Nutcracker peer group here. I've had one whole lesson and need more hands on to figure it out. If there are no local users, then maybe some of us meet a few times to learn it together.
    Thanks,

I would very much be interested in learning Nutcracker as well as I would like to try and do two probably 8 ft pixel trees as part of my display this year. Maybe a few of us just need to get together and work on it together. I would go for that as well if we can't find a peer group to help us..

How do you all want to go about doing this? I heard some mentions of meeting at a Starbucks during a weeknight to discuss the software, or do you think a longer Saturday session is needed?

I'd love to learn me some Nutcracker, too. ESP after playing with those bulbs at the mini meet the other weekend. Not looking forward to doing new songs if I have to set each color by hand for each pixel for every song. There has to be a better way to do it and then import into LOR. otherwise, it's a waste for me..

    Mike.

Very much interested in classes. I am up here in North Carolina for another year so I can meet with the group and stuff for the nutcracker classes. Just let me know when. I just finished watching Sean's intro video and once you have the setup most of it looks pretty easy except for selecting the effects and creating your own new effects and maybe setting the timings. I am open so just let me know.

For those of you who may not know, I am attending Christmas Expo in July and plan on attending the nutcracker and RGB Classes, so I am hoping to come back with some knowledge to maybe help us all out.

Great idea ! When you are back we can see if we can find a weekend day so Mike can also join us. Both of you will be ahead of me with Nutcracker. I am sure there are others here who would join us too. We can line of a Starbucks room, or something ..
    Thanks,
