I have enjoyed the funny comments about the flame projectors... and the intrest in them...

Thanks everybody. Thank you to Walter, Mark, and Mel. Walter did a great job too with his high power boxes and demos. Thanks to Mark for driving such a long way to help us. What a guy. Mel, what can I say other than thank you. We can't compete with fire.
I'll get with Mike H. about the next meeting. We shouldn't wait too long. If we keep the meetings under 2 hours more of us will be able to attend (with our eyes wide awake too). The floor is wide open for suggestions. Denny wants some software related time slated. I know there was a few people that may benefit from that. We could do that on a smaller scale maybe at a someone's home. Maybe mid August. I'll get with Denny about that too.
Let's find a name for our group. Please go to the thread about it and think up some names.

Mel , you are right !!!! I missed the first.
OLD AGE SETTING IN PLACE !! LOL

I think we should have a mini meet to see the CCR...
RED MOUNTAIN LIGHTS
I am just now getting onto this forum since the Saturday meeting. Wow, what a great kickoff meeting. They guys presented some great ideas and perspectives. And got us new guys sufficiently pumped up for this year's Christmas.
I saved $200 since I didn't know to share programs rather than buy them. Perhaps after I get better at this, I would become a contributor myself ..
My THANKS to all the presented. GREAT JOB ! And the Remote Controlled Flame Thrower was way over the top !
Tell us the sequences you want and we'll try to find them. However, I feel the art part of this is largely in the sequences. We'll get you up and running for Christmas.
Great places for sequences:
http://www.lightoramasequences.com/ (most are LOR1 sequences which are compatible with S2)
http://www.landolights.com/main/comp...ory/Itemid,54/ (may need to be loaded in LSP (Light Show Pro) to translate to S2

http://www.holdman.com/christmas/sequences/ (Richard Holdman sequences--good to study)
http://lightorama.mywowbb.com/attachment.php?id=9355 (A sequence I posted to LOR forum. I originally tried to get a person (that lives near Charlotte) to let me have his sequence of this song but he didn't want to share. So, I sequenced it and shared the sequence with the world. Now his stuff isn't so special. Besides my sequence is far better)

That should get you started.

It sure sounds like you guys had a blast.
Sorry I missed it, maybe I can swing the next one and bring my camera. I'm still on the hunt for photos of the elusive Pink Pantster to add to my Bigfoot collection.

And on the 8th day, God created Christmas lights.

Hey David
Why don't you host a small event in Charlotte yourself?
Ok, here's the pictures I got. I wasn't as aggressive with the camera as I normally am. Ok, getting an error, so I won't upload all of them right now. The first one is Mel and his tiki torch flame thrower. The others are random shots; sorry, I'm horrible at remembering names.
I'll get the other ones up after I get home. Not many of them.

The rest of my pictures. I'm sorry I couldn't stay for the demo of the flame thrower.
Thanks for posting pics...looks like you had a great time...
