What the heck is it game?

I have an item I made to add to my display this year and thought it would be fun to make a game out of it. So here it goes, each day I will post a picture of some part or parts of the item, materials, tools, etc. until someone guesses it or I get to the final picture showing the item complete.

The winner will receive unlimited bragging rights and a brand new Hinesburg compensator driven by a flux capacitor powering an improbability drive, whenever I get it working.

Everybody jump in, let the game begin.

I sure hope I guessed correctly, I really need to win that brand new Hinesburg compensator driven by a flux capacitor powering an improbability drive, 'cause I don't have one, and have always wanted one. It would be perfect for my display this year.

Hmmmmm..... very close. Maybe I should have excluded out of state people... Nah. I thought this might take several days, but I may have picked an easy one or I'm dealing with very smart people.

Ok it appears I need to speed this up a bit.

Ding Ding Ding we have a winner!!!!

My project was for two four channel mega tree expanding stars.

Congrats Thomas you earned the bragging rights and the improbability drive, whenever I get it working.....

Here's the rest of the story, with pics. Both took about 80 feet of 1/4" rod to build. I can post some drawing later if anyone wants them. My one question is what color to paint them, white or black? I thought white but it might show up the rods too well on other channels. Opinions?
