    Those clips are amazing in how they hold. I plan to build another star but it looks like next year's project. I plan to make one that is for LED nodes specifically, so the final design will be a little different.

    I think they used 170 C9's. I used about 240 mini's, but my stars are closer to the road, and don't need to have as commanding a presence.

    In replacing Walter's C9s with LED C9s last year, I ended up using about 225 C9s in the star. I thought it would be less than 200 when I purchased the replacements from Paul, but ran out and had to borrow some last year. (Thanks Scott L!) The LED replacements looked great. My whole system used the power that just the star used with regular C9s the year before!
