    Hey Ted,

Mark has LSP now. I downloaded the trial version and was impressed. The software takes some effort to learn, and my plate is full with other projects now. However, if Walter's stuff doesn't work then I will jump on it. Maybe Mark will be up and running to the point he can help us. Clearly, LSP is the way to go. S2 and Vixen can be imported and exported from it.

    Hi Al,

Thanks for that info, I did not know they had a trail. I can really relate to the full plate with this new hardware coming in and everything. I have a load of stuff I was hoping to add to my display this year so anything that makes it go a bit smoother is worth looking into.

    Thanks again,
    Ted

The trial/demo mode of LSP will run one controller or 16 channels I think. You can load, but not output to more controllers, I believe.

I'm still getting used to some of the quirks of LSP, but every program has them. There are some powerful features that I hope to use this year.

In any case, if you guys want to get together to discuss, play, try things out, let me know...but the weekends are getting harder to schedule as it gets closer to "lights on" time.

Meeting in Durham or somewhere a little closer to the Triad would make it easier for me, too!

New location - new display. Looking forward to 2015 season!
