Default PVC clips for mini incandescent lights

Hello. I am looking for clips that fit 1/2" PVC that I can put traditional mini lights onto. I know this sort of thing exists for pixels but can't find anything for old school lights. Otherwise what's the best way to attach the lights to PVC? This is to outline my windows.

I got these to hang our icicle lights from the fascia board just below the gutter. I used coated screws and left them in place. Annie ziptied the icicle lights to 10' lengths of 1/2" pvc and then I snapped the pipes into the clips, works great! I used 3 clips per 10 foot section.

I actually have some of those but not sure I will use them this year. My current hanging method is fast anyway. But what I was talking about was something like the PixClip.
