Ok so today I finished hooking up all my lights to the boxes, testing everything, putting up my sign, and running 1 of the new songs on loop tonight to test. Show starts tomorrow.

I'll also be going to Gatlinburg in July, especially since I own a house there. :P

All outside stuff is done. I'm having major issues with Vixen at this point. Might have the show running by December 1st.

I've got most of the stuff out in the yard. Daughter and new son-in-law came for Thanksgiving, and stayed and helped get more stuff done this weekend. I usually shoot for Friday after Thanksgiving, but with heart stuff and other things, I didn't push it this year. Mega tree is up and wired, but one channel refuses to come on. Wireframes went out today, but there's lots more wiring to get done to connect.

Inflatables are up and anchored, and were lit tonight. I still need to get one of the commercial TIR floods out there to light them all up.

Pictures will be coming, but it was too darn cold out there tonight to try to take any....

the house is finished i have heard of varmints eating cables never thought it would happen to me but it did spent 2 hours fixing the cables the white ones between the controller and one of my ccrs to day boy was i upset the bite marks were to big for a cat or squirrel or other rodent that leads me to believe it was A DOG my neighbor has 3 he lets run free they also got the power cord for the ccr to bad it was not plugged in.i spoke to the neighbor and showed him the damage he just looked at me like a deer caught in headlights i told him to keep his dogs in a fence or inside anywhere but in my yard i also told him every thing in my yard tonite is HOT,.now all i have left is wire frames and blow molds

after the repairs ccr worked fine

That really sucks with the chewed up wires, Mike. I had some squriell issues last year, but got rid of their house and now they are all gone .

The show is finally live tonight with 4 songs. I have a few more mostly finished I will add into the rotation by December. I noticed I have some lag in parts of my song. I don't recall having this issue before when testing my songs so that tells me something on my PC is causing it.

Most of the yard is done. I have two trees left to wrap in one color each, gotta get the lights on my mini-trees, and finish sequencing the new elements added this year...Still targeting 12/1, but going to be tight.

Sequence programming is complete, north pole sign is built and tested, lights go up Saturday/Sunday (getting a late start but was out of town too much in November), 20' inflatable snowman gets setup Sunday, light testing Sunday/Monday, and hopefully my first show kicks off Monday evening.

I think I am up as of now. Need to do one final test this evening when all have gone to bed. Finished up with my RGB floods this evening. Good thing Enttec is in NC... My show goes live December 1st at 6 pm.

Work in progress as always. Almost have my arches finished. I wasn't as lucky as @kidcole with straight mounting of the wire loom, so after some engineering, we have white-only arches until I add them into the songs (my side project for the year to get comfortable with pixels and advanced software).

I have the megastar sequenced with two songs now. Need to get them in the other two currently running and add in one or two songs extra into the display so I can rid myself of the placeholder songs. It seems as if most people drive away during that time so I'm going to put a stop to that.
