    Me 2000 ft
    Mark 1000 ft
Walter 2000 ft (you'll get your wire when you pay me)
    Kevin (SC) 1000 ft
    Jack 1000 ft
    Denny 3000 ft
    Don 2000 ft
    Kevin (NC) 1000

That means the price is $70 per 1000 feet now. The cost for shipping has not been established yet but should be around $8 or $9 per 1000 ft.

Order has been placed. I will post more details in a few hours.
    Al

Update: I ordered 14 spools of wire. One spool is white for Jack but it is 900 ft instead of 1000 which was unavoidable--I'll explain in person. The shipping charges totaled about $95 and I can't give the exact amount until I pick up the shipment. I lost my notes but from memory the shipping was about $95. Anyway, that means the shipping is about $7 per spool. That is an amazing deal that Greg at SkyCraftSurplus.com made it happen for us again. What a guy.

Denny, Walter and I will deliver your wire to your home when we go to pick it up at the freight terminal early next week. I don't want you lifting it, and we can square off on the money when you are more mobile. Everybody else can pick up your wire at the meeting or you can call me for other arrangements.

A group buy for connectors and strobes is in the making now.

    Al -

Thanks for getting the white; it looks better against the yellow vinyl siding of my house than almost any other color, for where I can't hide wires.

Of course, I could change out the crappy yellow vinyl siding, but that will come later. It was on the house when we bought it. It will get replaced, but lights come first.

Think I should be cleared to drive, possibly as soon as tomorrow. So if the wire comes in, I would be happy to pick up some guys and take everyone to the pickups and deliveries. Let me know if I can help. <Agreed, I am not allowed to lift for quite a while yet> .. But driving should be easy ..
    Thanks,

    Al:

Thank you so much for doing this and letting me get in on it. I see mention of a bulk plug buy. I'll want in on that too if its okay. Let me know how you want me to square this with you.
Demented? yes but in the best possible sense.

    Jack,
I have the same situation with the house. I got a 800 foot spool f that SkyCraftSurplus had available.

    Denny,
Thank you for the offer. That means a great deal to me. However, Walter and I will bring the wire to you. I don't want you lifting the wire. But I certainly appreciate your offer and consider you a gentlemen for offering.

    Kevin,
My pleasure. I sent you a PM on the plugs.

    Al

The wire arrived today. Here is what you guys owe.
The shipping turned out to be a little less than $7. I don't want to mess with coins. So, shipping is $7 per spool. The wire is $70 per spool of 1000 ft.

    Mark 1000 ft= $77
    Walter 2000 ft = $154
    Kevin (SC) 1000 ft = $77
    Jack 1000 ft =$77
Denny 3000 ft paid in full and more than he should. Thank you Denny.
    Don 2000 ft = $154
    Kevin (NC) 1000 =$77

If you want the wire before Feb 20 let me know. Otherwise I'll see you on Feb 20th (except Kevin--The Demented Elf whom I will see in the summer).
    Al
