Hey everybody, I'm still here. It's been hard for me to get going again lately, but I've started working on our 32 Channel Spiral tree this morning. I use the video program (probably calling it the wrong thing) that is on the Light O Rama hardware. I'm not sure on how to draw in the Spiral tree.Last year the tree only had the 4 channels that we had open. So I drew in 4 squiggly lines. The Spiral Tree will have 4 different colors, so 8 channels to all 4 colors.
And ideas on how to pull this
This year we are embarking on new technology to remove some of the wiring in our display.hopefully this will make for a more enjoyable viewing experience for our visitors in the past we used a desktop computer to run the show.but playing music from a hard drive for 5 1/2 hours a day tends to wear out a hard drive in 2 years.we are going wireless with solid state memory this is new to us and creates a very steep learning curve.stick with us as we adapt and over come.Happy 2016. we also had the chance
well this year started with a fire that cost me all most everything i was planing on adding this year.it took me 4 weeks to install every thing.when we got to my self imposed DEC light up day preceded by 2 weeks of almost solid rain (now behind again)i have also been trying to restore a Chevy blazer putting the display on a back burner so to speak Bad mistake i almost waited to late more rain and a bunch of crossed wires almost caused me to give up.the 1 week into the season during the show last
I'm wanted to get up a video of our display.
You can see our Peanuts characters in this song. Still working on better video and sound.
